Egg Paratha

How to make Egg Paratha:

Another incredible indian recipe with egg; this recipe is a mix of Indian paratha and egg.








Ingredients:

  1. Eggs-8-10ns
  2. Wheat flour-500gm
  3. Chilli Powder-2tspn
  4. Pepper -2tspn
  5. Ghee/oil-3tbspn
  6. Salt-as required

Method: 

For making Paratha:

  • Mix wheat flour with salt and make it to a smooth dough and then make small balls from it.
  • Roll each ball into paratha shape.

For making Egg paratha:

  • Beat egg and keep aside
  • Heat a flat pan;add some ghee, place the paratha on it and add little(2ns) beaten egg, sprinkle some salt,chilli and pepper powder.
  • When the egg gets ready,then turn the paratha and fry the other side till golden brown.
  • Reapeat the steps for the remaining balls.
  • Serve hot with masala curries.
