Masala Pulao Recipe

How to make Masala Pulao Recipe:

Everyone like to eat Indian Recipes and here i am sharing a simple vegetarian recipe named Masala Pulao.It is a easy to make recipe that everyone can do at home...prepare it and enjoy........

Ingredients:

1.Boiled Basmati rice-100gm
2.Ghee-2tbspn
3.Onion,chopped-1/2ns
   Ginger,chopped-1tspn
   Garlic, chopped-1tspn
   Green chilly, chopped-1tspn
4.Chilly powder -1tspn
   Coriander powder -1tspn
   Turmeric  powder -1/2tspn
   Garam Masala powder -1/2tspn
   Salt -as required
5.Tomato,chopped-1ns
6.Boiled vegetables,sliced-50gm
7.Fried onions-2tspn
   Fried cashew and kismis -1tspn
   Coriander leaves,chopped-1tspn


Making Method:

  •  Heat ghee in a pan,add 3rd ingredients to it.saute well.
  • When the onion turns light brown add the ingredients from Chilly powder to salt,Saute for 2minutes.
  • Now add chopped tomato ,cook for 2minutes.Add water if necessary.
  • To it add boiled vegetables and basmati rice.cook for 5minutes.
  • Finally add 7th ingredients and serve hot.
